There are many reasons why staff are negligent in their duties and under-perform, but when all avenues are exhausted, the only way to get them to pull their socks up is by implementing performance\u00a0management.<\/p>\n

Most employers are wary of this aspect of employment, it is true that the law protects employees but it\u2019s important to note that the law is there to protect employees against unfair treatment.
