Programme Overview:
This two-day programme is aligned to SAQA Unit Standard 258098 “Conduct negotiations to advance the interests of workers”. However, the focus is on generic negotiation skills and does not focus on the interests of workers exclusively; it deals primarily with negotiation from the company’s perspective and with the company’s interests in mind.
