Presentation2Affecting sustained behavioural change

Research shows that, on average, only 15% of classroom learning transfers to workplace behaviour! This isn’t acceptable to us, so we have a framework that delegates work through with their managers and mentors after the workshops. These tools entrench learning in a way that leads to sustained, effective workplace behaviour:

Partnership

We believe in understanding your business so that we can deliver the best possible solution to you. This means learning the following about your business

  • how it runs
  • the language/ terminology used by and the experiences of your staff
  • your goals, across all levels and dimensions
  • how performance is measured and managed

Once we know these things, we can begin to develop solutions that really are tailored to your needs and your business.

Dynamic learning tools

All our interventions are highly interactive; participants are called on to engage in activities and discussions throughout. We also make use of various media to illustrate key learning points, including video clips, music and drama. Most of all, our coaching and communication style allows people to have FUN. That way, they learn more, remember more and apply more!

Assessment

We evaluate the effectiveness of the work we do within the context of your organisation. We do this across three levels:

Level One: Participant reaction is measured through

  • participant feedback questionnaires
  • comments from participants

Level Two: Participant learning is measured using

  • exercises completed during the interventions
  • presentation of key learning points to managers after sessions

Level Three: Participant behaviour is the most important measure of successful coaching and is evaluated through a 360° review comprising

  • self-assessment questionnaires
  • peer reviews and
  • manager feedback

Ongoing coaching

Where appropriate, we send regular e-learning tips to past learners (directly or via your internal communication channels). These are concise and are designed to keep your employees focussed on sustained effectiveness. This entrenches the learning, making behaviours second-nature and invoking a genuine, long-term return on your investment.
